Job summary

PT MEDELA POTENTIA Tbk in Indonesia seeks an IT Product Owner/Business Analyst to drive product improvements across inventory, warehouse, logistics, and distribution, translating business needs into clear requirements.

The role requires 3-7 years ERP experience, Oracle ERP familiarity, and strong stakeholder management. You will own the backlog, ensure ERP integration, and support UAT throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in IT Product Owner/Business Analyst/ERP roles.
• Strong understanding of inventory, warehouse, logistics or distribution workflows.
• Experience with Oracle ERP (Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve IT products for inventory, warehouse, logistics, and distribution.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog with IT Product Manager.
• Ensure smooth integration between Oracle ERP and surrounding applications.
• Coordinate UAT and collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.

Job description

Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog in coordination with the IT Product Manager.

Ensure smooth process alignment and integration between Oracle ERP and surrounding applications.

Facilitate UAT and collaborate closely with technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

3-7 years of experience as an IT Product Owner, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or related ERP role.

Strong understanding of inventory, warehouse, logistics, or distribution workflows.

Proven experience with Oracle ERP (Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion) is highly preferred; an Oracle Functional Consultant background is a strong plus.

Solid grasp of enterprise system integration, data flow, and stakeholder management.
