Job summary

PT Fox Global Intertech in Jakarta is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle, from strategy and discovery to development, launch and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in SaaS/tech, strong Agile experience, and proficiency with Jira, Notion and Figma. Excellent leadership and English communication are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in SaaS or technology companies.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and end-to-end development.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and software product development processes.
• Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Notion, and Figma.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.

Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and requirements based on customer needs, business goals, and market opportunities.

Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Business, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.

Monitor product performance and user feedback, using data and insights to drive product decisions and improvements.

Manage product priorities, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to ensure timely and effective delivery.

Communicate product strategy, progress, and key decisions to senior management and stakeholders.

Lead and mentor Product Managers or other members of the product team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS or technology companies.

Proven experience managing product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and end-to-end product development.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and software product development processes.

Proficient in product management tools such as Jira, Notion, Figma, or similar platforms.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product priorities, resources, and risks.

Professional English proficiency is preferred.

A plus if the candidate has a technical/engineering background or a strong understanding of how development teams work (e.g., software architecture, APIs, integrations, deployment processes).
