Job summary

PT Esensi Solusi Buana (ESB) is seeking a Product Owner to own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy to delivery, across Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams. You will translate complex requirements into actionable user stories, prioritize the backlog, and drive discovery through delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment while keeping a strong focus on user value.

A deep understanding of F&B/order management and hands-on experience with Jira/Trello will help you ship

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of experience in product development with a deep understanding of F&B markets and order management.
• Experience launching and managing products from idea to market.
• Proven track record in launching products from concept to commercialization.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Comfortable in an agile, dynamic, high-demand environment.
• Familiar with Jira and Trello.
• Self-driven and customer oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with honesty, agility, and empathy.
