Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Experience in helpdesk or operational support roles is preferred.
• Experience in multifinance or financial services industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
