PT PEFINDO Biro Kredit is seeking a Head of Information & Technology Operation Division to lead end-to-end IT operations, ensuring reliable and secure technology services aligned with business goals.

You will establish operational plans, oversee IT infrastructure, and drive ITSM implementation, incident/change management, and security operations. Strong leadership and English communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, Eng or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in management.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, infrastructure, incident/problem/change management, IT security, service desk, and monitoring.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and stakeholder communication.

Head of Information & Technology Operation Division

Lead and oversee overall IT operations, ensuring reliable, secure, and effective technology services that support business needs.

Establish IT operational plans, priorities, standards, capacity requirements, and service targets aligned with organizational objectives.

Oversee IT infrastructure and system operations, ensuring availability, performance, and service continuity.

Ensure effective implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM) and achievement of agreed service levels.

Oversee incident, problem, and change management, including root cause analysis, risk mitigation, and resolution of critical operational issues.

Ensure effective service desk and user support operations.

Oversee operational monitoring and IT security operations, ensuring risks and issues are appropriately identified and addressed.

Drive automation, standardization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across IT operations.

Manage collaboration with internal stakeholders and external technology partners, including infrastructure, cloud, network, device, and managed service providers.

Lead and develop the IT Operations team to ensure strong execution, accountability, and sustainable service performance.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.

Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in managerial roles.

Strong knowledge and experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Infrastructure & System Operations, Incident, Problem & Change Management, IT Security Operations, Service Desk & User Support, and IT Monitoring & Service Performance.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and organizational capabilities.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Able to effectively collaborate with senior management, business stakeholders, and external technology partners.

Good command of English and strong presentation skills.

Experience in budgeting and project management will be an advantage.
