Blibli is seeking a Technical Support Junior Officer - IT Operations to ensure day-to-day IT operations run smoothly. You will provide hands-on support for laptops, printers, CCTV, and meeting room equipment, while managing tickets and assisting with IT projects across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related fields, with hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting and strong stakeholder communication skills.
