VLink mencari tenaga IT yang bertugas memantau operasional IT harian seperti server, jaringan, aplikasi, dan penyimpanan. Posisi ini on-site di Tangerang dengan sistem kerja kontrak.

kandidat diutamakan memiliki pemahaman ITIL, layanan insiden, dan kemampuan dukungan pelanggan, serta bersedia bekerja shift 24/9/7 termasuk malam dan libur.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di IT atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman 1–2 tahun di IT Helpdesk / IT Operations.
• Paham ITIM, manajemen insiden, SLA, dan Service Desk.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operasi IT harian; server, jaringan, aplikasi, penyimpanan.
• Lakukan troubleshooting level-1 untuk masalah sistem.
• Tangani insiden, permintaan layanan, eskalasi ke tim terkait jika diperlukan.
• Lakukan pemeriksaan sistem rutin, dokumentasi, dan serah terima shift.
• Siap bekerja shift 24/7 secara bergantian pada lingkungan data center.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Monitor and maintain daily IT operations, including servers, networks, applications, storage, and other IT infrastructure to ensure system availability and performance.

• Monitor application processes and provide first-level troubleshooting for system issues, bugs, errors, and operational incidents.

• Handle IT incidents, service requests, and operational issues in a timely manner, including escalation to the relevant technical teams when necessary.

• Perform routine system checks, maintenance, documentation, and shift handovers to ensure smooth 24/9 IT operations.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 1–2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, IT Support, Service Desk, Technical Support, or IT Operations.

• Good understanding of IT hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN.

• Experience in first-level troubleshooting, incident diagnosis, ticket logging, tracking, resolution, and escalation using IT service management or ticketing tools.

• Basic knowledge of ITIL, incident management, SLA management, and IT Service Desk processes is preferred.

• Willing to work in a 24/7 rotating shift, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and comfortable working on-site in a data center or operational environment.

• Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with a disciplined approach to incident handling, shift handovers, security, and operational procedures.

• Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
