Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di IT/CS/IS/C Cybersecurity atau bidang terkait.
• 1–2 tahun pengalaman di Infrastruktur, Administrasi Sistem, Operasi TI, Jaringan & Keamanan atau peran terkait.
• Pemahaman baik OS Linux dan administrasi server dasar.
• Pengalaman konfigurasi firewall, pemantauan, dan pemecahan masalah.
• Pemahaman konsep WAF dan konfigurasi dasar.
• Pemahaman sertifikat SSL/TLS, instalasi, pembaruan, pemecahan masalah.
• Kemampuan memecahkan masalah terkait infrastruktur, konektivitas, dan isu sistem.

Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastruktur TI, server, dan sistem keamanan agar tetap tersedia dan aman.
• Administrasi server Linux termasuk konfigurasi dasar, manajemen pengguna, layanan, dan analisis log.
• Konfigurasi, pantau, dan selesaikan masalah kebijakan firewall dan kontrol keamanan jaringan.
• Maintain konfigurasi WAF untuk melindungi aplikasi web dari ancaman umum.
• Kelola sertifikat SSL/TLS, termasuk instalasi dan pembaruan.
• Investigasi insiden terkait infrastruktur dan lingkungan keamanan serta kolaborasi lintas tim.
• Rutin lakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan sistem, pemeliharaan, dan tinjauan konfigurasi keamanan.
• Dokumentasikan konfigurasi, panduan pemecahan masalah, dan laporan insiden.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, servers, and security systems to ensure system availability, performance, and security.
• Perform Linux server administration, including basic configuration, monitoring, user management, service management, and log analysis.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Firewall policies, rules, and network security controls.
• Monitor and maintain Web Application Firewall (WAF) configurations to protect web applications from common security threats.
• Manage and troubleshoot SSL/TLS certificates, including installation, renewal, configuration, and certificate-related issues.
• Perform infrastructure and security troubleshooting related to server, network, connectivity, application access, and security incidents.
• Monitor system logs and alerts to identify potential infrastructure or security issues.
• Support incident investigation and resolution related to infrastructure and security environments.
• Perform routine system health checks, maintenance, and security configuration reviews.
• Collaborate with application, network, and development teams to troubleshoot infrastructure and security-related issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, troubleshooting guides, and incident reports.
• Support infrastructure and security improvement initiatives based on operational requirements.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Infrastructure, System Administration, IT Operations, Network & Security, or a related role.
• Good understanding of Linux operating systems and basic Linux server administration.
• Hands-on experience with Firewall configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Web Application Firewall (WAF) concepts and basic configuration/troubleshooting.
• Understanding of SSL/TLS certificates, including certificate installation, renewal, and troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly for infrastructure, connectivity, and system-related issues.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, ports, and network connectivity.
• Familiarity with system monitoring and log analysis tools is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of information security principles and common network/application security risks.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn new infrastructure and security technologies.
