Job summary

Our client in Jakarta requires an IT Infrastructure Supervisor to lead daily IT operations, ensure system availability, and strengthen security across networks and applications.

You will oversee ERP and HR systems integration, coordinate with vendors, and drive disaster recovery planning while ensuring adherence to IT policies and regulatory requirements. A proactive, analytical professional with strong leadership is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure within manufacturing or trading companies.
• Residency in Jakarta, Depok, or Bekasi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily IT operations and infrastructure.
• Ensure availability, stability, and security of IT systems and network.
• Oversee IT security, access control, cybersecurity, and data protection.
• Coordinate IT system integration and application development projects.
• Manage IT vendors, licenses, and IT assets.
• Monitor incidents and ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, SOPs, and security procedures.
• Coordinate with Japan on global IT systems and security requirements.
• Support ERP, HR systems, and other IT solutions.
• Plan backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Conduct IT risk assessments and propose infrastructure improvements.
• Provide guidance to IT staff and end users.
• Prepare IT reports, budgets, and project updates for management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and information security regulations.
• Handle other related tasks as assigned.
