Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim in Jakarta is seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Manager to lead enterprise network and infrastructure projects across offices and data centers. You will oversee devices, virtualization, security, and DR/BC planning while coordinating with vendors and teams to keep services running.

The role requires 5–8 years in IT infrastructure with strong networking, servers, and cybersecurity knowledge, plus leadership experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience in team leadership and vendor management.
• IT certifications such as CCNA/CCNP CEH Security+ CISA preferred; English and Indonesian written/verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise network and infrastructure projects across offices, warehouses, and branches.
• Manage network devices, switching, VLAN, Wi‑Fi, ISP, VPN, and IP Telephony.
• Oversee structured cabling, fiber, server rooms, UPS, and environmental monitoring.
• Lead cybersecurity activities including VAPT, remediation, endpoint security, WAF, and firewall implementation.
• Manage server infrastructure, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), backup, DR, and BC planning.
• Handle Tier-3 infrastructure escalations and critical system issues.
• Develop network/system admins through delegation and monitoring.
• Coordinate IT vendors, system integrators, telecom providers, and contractors to meet SLA and project needs.
• Prepare management reports and presentations covering infrastructure, security, and IT projects.

LeLead and manage enterprise network & infrastructure projects, including office, warehouse, and branch expansions.

Manage network devices, switching, VLAN, Wi-Fi, ISP, VPN, and IP Telephony.

Oversee structured cabling, fiber optic infrastructure, server rooms, UPS, and environmental monitoring.

Lead cybersecurity activities, including VAPT, vulnerability remediation, endpoint security, WAF, and firewall implementation.

Manage server infrastructure, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

Handle Tier-3 infrastructure escalations and critical system issues.

Lead and develop network/system administrators, including task delegation and operational monitoring.

Manage IT vendors, system integrators, telecom providers, and contractors to meet SLA and project requirements.

Prepare management reports and presentations covering infrastructure, security, and IT projects.

Ensure IT infrastructure security, availability, compliance, and operational continuity.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree from Computer engineering or related major

5-8 years' experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, or System Administration.

Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.

Experience in team leadership and vendor management.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Relevant IT certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, CEH, Security+, CISA, or vendor certifications are preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and Indonesian

Willingness to be on-call for critical infrastructure issues and provide after-hours support when necessary
