Job summary

PT Excelso Multirasa is seeking an IT Support professional to maintain and repair computers, printers, and networks across outlets. The role includes providing POS support, managing network connections with Mikrotik, firewalls, and VPN, and installing software and OS updates on work devices.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or a related field with 2–4 years of IT support experience, plus knowledge of LAN/WAN/TCP/IP/DNS/VPN and experience with PC and printer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as IT Support or a similar technical position.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.
• Experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT equipment (PCs, laptops, printers).
• Understanding of databases and queries.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of computers, printers, and networks to ensure the company's IT system runs optimally.
• Provide support for POS applications at outlets.
• Manage and monitor network connections, including Mikrotik configuration, firewalls, and bandwidth management.
• Install, configure, and update software and operating systems on work devices.
• Handle and document troubleshooting related to hardware, software, and the company's internal network.
• Prepare and maintain the infrastructure for all branch outlets.
