Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, CS, IS, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years IT experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in Hospital/Clinic IT environments with leadership.
• Experience managing healthcare information systems (HIS/EMR/LIS).
• Experience overseeing IT ops across multiple locations is preferred.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate with stakeholders while providing strategic direction and hands-on support.

• Monitor IT performance, risks, incidents, and project progress; report to Management.

This role involves developing and implementing IT strategies, policies, procedures, and annual work plans aligned with the Group's business objectives. You will ensure the availability, reliability, security, and performance of IT systems and infrastructure to support uninterrupted business operations, and manage healthcare and business applications including Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), clinic systems, pharmacy systems, and other business applications.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, procedures, and annual work plans aligned with the Group's business objectives

Ensure the availability, reliability, security, and performance of IT systems and infrastructure to support uninterrupted business operations

Manage and oversee healthcare and business applications, including Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), clinic systems, pharmacy systems, and other business applications

Lead IT projects, system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives

Establish and implement IT security policies, access controls, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures

Manage IT budgets, procurement planning, technology investment, vendor relationships, and Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Lead, supervise, and develop the IT team while ensuring effective IT support and timely resolution of technical issues

Coordinate with Management, Department Heads, Hospital/Clinic Management, and other business units to identify technology requirements and deliver effective IT solutions

Monitor IT performance, risks, incidents, and project progress, and provide regular reports and recommendations to Management

Identify opportunities for system improvement, automation, integration, and technology optimization to improve operational efficiency

About you

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT, with at least 2 years in managerial position

Proven professional experience working in a Hospital or Clinic with strong leadership

Experience managing healthcare information systems, preferably including HIS, EMR, LIS, clinic management systems, or other healthcare-related applications

Experience managing IT operations across multiple locations or branches is preferred

Proven ability to lead IT teams, manage multiple projects, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and provide both strategic direction and hands-on technical support when required

Willing to support business operations and IT requirements across the Group's hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and Corporate Office
