Job summary

Novotel Bali Benoa seeks an experienced IT leader to oversee all technology operations for our five-star beachfront resort. Lead infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems to ensure high reliability and guest satisfaction.

Collaborate with hotel departments and external partners to deliver strategic technology initiatives. You will drive cybersecurity and preventive maintenance programs, align IT with operational goals, and manage vendor relationships to ensure continuous improvement and

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years IT experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of networks, Windows Server, cybersecurity, cloud, backup and DR.
Experience with PMS, POS, guest internet, CCTV, door locks, IPTV.
Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia; service-minded with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee IT operations across the resort to ensure reliable tech services.
Manage IT infrastructure including networks, servers, POS, guest internet, and end-user support.
Drive cybersecurity, maintenance programs, and system enhancements for continuity.
Collaborate with department heads and vendors to deliver effective tech solutions.
