Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Manado is seeking an Assistant IT Manager to guide the property's technology strategy and ensure reliable information resources. You will coordinate with vendors, owners, and hotel staff to plan, implement, and maintain IT systems in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Candidates should hold a relevant IT degree with several years of experience, be able to manage projects, and uphold security and brand standards across the property.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related major.
• 4-year bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related major; certified trainer; 2 years experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning, decision-making, implementation, and maintenance of the property's technology resources.
• Interfacing with vendors, owners, and hotel staff to align IT objectives with business needs.
• Maintains and monitors IT hardware/software and ensures systems are reliable and secure.
• Provides information and support to staff to optimize use of technology and resolve issues.

Education

2-year IT/CS degree

4-year IT/CS bachelor’s degree; certified trainer
