Job summary

PT IKONSULTAN INOVATAMA is seeking an IT Infrastructure professional to support and manage testing environments across on-premises and cloud setups. You will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot environments to ensure reliable application testing.

The role requires hands-on Linux administration, VM management, and familiarity with Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and collaboration. You will work closely with IT teams to uphold environment stability and availability.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional IT infrastructure and application support experience.
• Experience setting up and maintaining test environments for app testing.
• Strong knowledge of on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure.
• Ability to ensure environment stability and reliable testing readiness.
• Hands-on Linux administration, databases, and VM experience.

Job description

• Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in IT Infrastructure Environment & Application Support or similar roles.
• Experienced in setting up, configuring, and maintaining test environments to support application testing activities.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud environments, servers, databases, and networking.
• Strong understanding of environment stability and availability, with the ability to ensure reliable and consistent testing environments.
• Capable of supporting the readiness, maintenance, and troubleshooting of testing environments.
• Hands-on experience with Linux administration, database systems, and virtual machines (VMs).
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and collaboration.
• Good understanding of Application Support and IT Infrastructure Management.
