Job summary

Integrasia Innovation Center (Innocent) is seeking an experienced Infrastructure/DevOps engineer to configure diverse environments from development to disaster recovery. You will build CI/CD pipelines, manage virtualization and containerization, and ensure secure, scalable operations across on‑prem and cloud platforms.

The role requires strong Linux/Windows admin skills, hands‑on with Docker, virtualization stacks, and SQL Server administration, plus a solid grasp of networking and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Associate degree welcome.
• 3+ years in Infrastructure/DevOps or similar roles.
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V/Proxmox/Nutanix).
• Experience with Docker containerization.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Git-based repositories (GitLab/GitHub/Bitbucket).
• Knowledge of web servers and reverse proxies (Nginx/Apache/IIS).
• Networking concepts: DNS, Firewall, VPN, Load Balancer, SSL/TLS, Routing.
• MS SQL Server administration including backup/restore.
• Knowledge of HA/DR and hybrid environments (On-Prem and Cloud).
• Familiarity with enterprise apps (Finance/ERP/HRIS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and configure development, SIT, UAT, Production, and DRC environments.
• Install, configure, and optimize application and database servers.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for development and deployment.
• Assist in deployment processes and release management.
• Prepare backup, restore, and disaster recovery mechanisms.
• Configure connectivity between applications and integration requirements.
• Manage SSL certificates, DNS, and firewall configurations.
• Implement monitoring and logging for operations.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
• Produce technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer.

• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, System Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role
• Required Skills:
• Good understanding of Linux and Windows Server operating system administration
• Experience in managing virtualization environments such as VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, Nutanix, or similar technologies
• Experience in implementing and managing containers using Docker
• Experience in implementing and maintaining CI/CD Pipelines
• Experience using Git-based repositories such as GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket
• Understand web server and reverse proxy configuration such as Nginx, Apache, or IIS
• Understand computer networking concepts including DNS, Firewall, VPN, Load Balancer, SSL/TLS, and Routing
