Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in Indonesia is seeking an IT infrastructure professional to manage and secure our systems. You will oversee servers, networks, cloud environments, and related platforms to ensure high availability and performance.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or IT security, with strong networking, virtualization, and incident response skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network, system administration, or IT security.
• Strong understanding of networking, servers, operating systems, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with security frameworks, vulnerability management, access control, and incident response.
• Experience with infrastructure and security monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud environments, and related systems.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure across the organization.
• Implement and maintain IT security controls, policies, and procedures to protect systems and data.
• Monitor security events, identify potential vulnerabilities, and support incident response and resolution.
• Conduct infrastructure and security assessments, including vulnerability management and risk mitigation.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity mechanisms for critical IT systems.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of security technologies
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure secure and efficient IT operations.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and recommendations related to infrastructure and security.
