Job summary

PT. Navitasys Technology Indonesia is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage and maintain our IT ecosystem, including servers, networks, and hardware.

You will monitor performance, troubleshoot connectivity, and perform routine backups and disaster recovery. The role requires familiarization with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic virtualization, with a focus on IT security and end-user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• Max 3 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
• Familiar with server management, networking, and basic virtualization.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Understanding of IT security best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
• Good English communication; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, network, and hardware
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Perform routine maintenance, data backup, and disaster recovery procedures
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and peripheral devices
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions across systems
• Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement, repairs, and maintenance contracts
• Ensure IT security protocols are followed and support compliance with company policies
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and standard procedures
• Support IT projects such as system upgrades or infrastructure expansion
