Job summary

PT Sumi Rubber Indonesia is seeking an IT Support specialist to handle daily IT support for both office and factory users, onsite or remote as needed. You will troubleshoot hardware and basic IT infrastructure and assist MIS operations.

You will participate in transformation projects and support MIS activities, ensuring reliable IT services and timely issue resolution. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT or IS and at least one year of relevant experience; willingness to work in office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Information Technology.
• Min 1 year of IT support/technical support experience.
• Active and communicative; service-oriented.
• Fast learner and adaptable; willingness to work in office and factory environments.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and hardware support.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily IT support for office and factory users (remote & onsite).
• Support hardware, peripherals, and basic IT infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Support MIS operation, maintenance, and improvement activities.
• Assist SURINDO transformation projects, especially IT infrastructure.
• Support other IT technical activities as assigned by MIS.
