Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. (Summarecon Mall Makassar) invites a qualified Officer - IT System Support to join our Mall operations team in Makassar.

The role focuses on coordinating IT system support activities and ensuring reliable IT infrastructure to support daily operations. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
Fresh graduates welcome; experience in IT System Support, IT Helpdesk, System Administration or related position is an advantage.
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networking, operating systems, troubleshooting and system maintenance.
Able to monitor and troubleshoot IT systems, networks, hardware and software, and coordinate with vendors for technical issues.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical thinking and communication skills to coordinate a team and ensure IT support is delivered effectively.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and ensure IT system support activities run effectively to support the company’s operational needs.
Perform monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, hardware, software, networks, and other supporting devices.
Handle and follow up on technical issues and ensure IT problems are resolved within the established target timeframe.
Coordinate with vendors and relevant parties in handling IT requirements and issues.
Perform documentation and prepare reports related to IT support, system maintenance, and technical issues, ensuring IT systems and devices function optimally.
