Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of IT support experience.
• Strong hardware, software, and networking knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
• Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Perform system maintenance, installations, and upgrades.
• Manage server infrastructure, monitoring, backups, and security.
• Assist with implementation and configuration of new software.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve support requests promptly.
• Collaborate with IT team to resolve complex problems.
• Maintain documentation of IT activities and incidents.
