Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Helpdesk Analyst or in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and standard office applications.
• Familiarity with network concepts and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage IT support requests submitted via helpdesk system, email, and phone.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for end-users.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Provide basic training and support to users on new software and hardware.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and support activities.
