Job summary

PT. GOTION GREEN ENERGY SOLUTIONS INDONESIA in Bogor, Jawa Barat, is seeking an experienced IT Engineer for a full-time role.

You will maintain, optimize and develop our network and systems infrastructure to ensure business continuity and support strategic technology initiatives. The position requires 3–5 years in network/systems administration, knowledge of Windows/Linux, cloud platforms, virtualization, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in network and systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, infra design & implementation.
• Proficiency in Windows and/or Linux.
• Experience with network management tools and monitoring software.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and virtualization.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Fluent Chinese and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding and recording service issues and requests in a timely manner.
• Setting up accounts for new employees.
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Preparing IT activity reports (meetings, weekly jobdesk).
• Preparing hardware/software requests from users.

We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join PT. GOTION GREEN ENERGY SOLUTIONS INDONESIA. As an IT Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, optimising and developing our network and systems infrastructure, ensuring business continuity and supporting our strategic technological initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding and Recording in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Setting up accounts for new employee

Requirements
