Job summary

PT. GOTION GREEN ENERGY SOLUTIONS INDONESIA in Bogor, Jawa Barat, is seeking an experienced IT Engineer for a full-time role.

You will maintain, optimize and develop our network and systems infrastructure to ensure business continuity and support strategic technology initiatives. The position requires 3–5 years in network/systems administration, knowledge of Windows/Linux, cloud platforms, virtualization, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering or related field.
3–5 years experience in network and systems administration.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, infra design & implementation.
Proficiency in Windows and/or Linux.
Experience with network management tools and monitoring software.
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and virtualization.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Fluent Chinese and English preferred.

Responsibilities

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding and recording service issues and requests in a timely manner.
Setting up accounts for new employees.
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Preparing IT activity reports (meetings, weekly jobdesk).
Preparing hardware/software requests from users.
