Job summary

PT Platinum Sinema seeks an IT Developer & Network Infrastructure Support to develop, integrate, support, and maintain technology solutions across cinema, restaurants, and entertainment environments. You will build applications for photobooths and immersive installations, while ensuring robust network and hosting setup.

The role requires hands-on experience with website deployment, domain hosting, and hardware integration, working across IT, operations, and vendor teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in software development, system integration, IT or network support.
• Experience in customer-facing operations or entertainment tech is a plus.

Job description

PT Platinum Sinema is looking for an IT Developer & Network Infrastructure Support to develop, integrate, support, and maintain technology solutions for entertainment and operational environments, including software applications, websites, network infrastructure, hardware, and interactive entertainment systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications for photobooths, immersive experiences, interactive installations, and digital entertainment systems.
• Develop, integrate, and support software and hardware solutions based on business and operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain websites and web-based applications, including new website setup and deployment.
• Manage domain and hosting setup, including domain registration, DNS configuration, hosting/server setup, SSL certificate, and website deployment.
• Configure and manage business email services using company domains, including email account creation, DNS/email records, and basic troubleshooting.
• Integrate software with cameras, projectors, sensors, displays, audio systems, network devices, and other hardware.
• Support network installation and configuration, including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and related infrastructure.
• Perform IT hardware installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance at various locations.
• Support system deployment and ensure proper connectivity between applications, websites, network infrastructure, and hardware devices.
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, network, website, hosting, domain, connectivity, and system-related issues.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting for new technology implementations before and after deployment.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Creative, Marketing, and other business teams to support technology initiatives.
• Coordinate with technology, hosting, domain, and other IT vendors during implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Support technology implementation across cinema, restaurant, entertainment, and other operational environments.
• Maintain documentation related to applications, websites, domain/hosting configuration, network setup, hardware installation, and troubleshooting activities.
• Provide technical support when required, including weekends or outside operating hours (remote)

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development, system integration, IT support, network support, or a related IT role.
• Experience working in cinema, restaurant, entertainment, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing operational industries is preferred.
• Good understanding of APIs, databases, debugging, networking, and software-hardware integration.
• Hands-on experience with website development and deployment.
• Experience with domain registration, DNS configuration, hosting/server setup, SSL, and website deployment.
• Experience setting up and managing business email using a company domain, including basic knowledge of MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Experience with network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Unity, Unreal Engine, TouchDesigner, OpenCV, Arduino/Raspberry Pi, or interactive media is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good ability to work with cross-functional teams and external technology vendors.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to different locations when required.
