Job summary

PT Rapid Teknologi Indonesia is seeking an IT support specialist to join our on-site team in Balikpapan. You will assist end users with hardware and software issues, install and maintain systems, and ensure smooth operation of PCs, printers, and network devices.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields, at least one year of desktop or IT support experience, and solid knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and basic networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, Technical Support, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Experienced in troubleshooting PC/laptop, printer, network, and peripheral devices.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of basic LAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
• Able to perform hardware and software maintenance and handle IT-related incidents.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work onsite and provide direct support to end users.
