Job summary

PT. Mandiri International Technology (MITech) membuka peluang untuk Automation QA Engineer di Jakarta. Posisi ini fokus pada perancangan dan pemeliharaan otomasi untuk web, mobile, dan backend, serta kolaborasi erat dengan tim pengembang dan analis bisnis.

Kandidat harus memiliki dasar QA automation dan kemampuan scripting yang kuat. Peran ini mengutamakan kemampuan menyusun skenario tes, menjalankan eksekusi, serta integrasi ke pipeline CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Gelar S1 di Ilmu Komputer/Manajemen Informasi atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman QA Automation & Bootcamp/Internship di bidang terkait.
• Majer skrip otomatisasi; paham bahasa pemrograman/shell scripting.
• Menguasai setidaknya satu alat otomasi seperti Selenium, Appium, Katalon, UFT.
• Pengalaman RPA (UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism) menjadi nilai tambah.
• Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan siap bekerja di Jakarta.
• Diutamakan pengalaman automation testing di sektor perbankan.
• Siap bekerja kontrak dan WFO di Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Menganalisis persyaratan pengujian berdasarkan spesifikasi bisnis dan teknis.
• Merancang, mengembangkan, menjalankan, dan memelihara skrip uji otomatis untuk web, mobile, dan backend.
• Melakukan automation testing untuk kualitas, fungsionalitas, performa, stabilitas sebelum rilis.
• Mengidentifikasi, mendokumentasikan, melacak, dan melaporkan defect.
• Berkolaborasi dengan Developers, Business Analysts, QA, dan PM untuk kualitas produk.
• Memelihara kerangka kerja otomasi dan skrip yang ada.
• Membuat test case, test scenario, laporan eksekusi, dan dokumentasi pengujian.
• Mendukung integrasi otomasi ke CI/CD dan proses pengembangan perangkat lunak.
• Memantau hasil eksekusi tes dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan kualitas.
• Mendukung inisiatif RPA untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengujian dan proses bisnis.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Analyze testing requirements based on business and technical specifications.
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and backend applications.
• Perform automation testing to ensure application quality, functionality, performance, and stability before deployment.
• Identify, document, track, and report defects found during testing activities.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, QA teams, and Project Managers to ensure product quality meets business and technical requirements.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation testing frameworks and scripts.
• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test execution reports, and testing documentation.
• Support the integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and software development processes.
• Monitor test execution results and provide recommendations for quality improvements.
• Support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives to improve testing efficiency and business process automation.
• Ensure testing activities comply with organizational quality standards, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Management, or other relevant fields from a reputable university
• Experience in QA Internship, Graduate of QA Automation & Programming Bootcamp
• Capable of creating Automation Scripts
• Proficient in at least one automation tool such as Micro Focus UFT, Mobile Center, Katalon, Appium, or Selenium
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
• Familiar with programming languages and scripting (such as .NET and/or VBScript)
• Strong communication skills
• Preferred: Experience in Automation Testing within the Banking industry is highly desirable
• Willing to Contract and WFO (Jakarta)
