Anda akan mengubah kebutuhan menjadi persyaratan fungsional, user story, dan flow proses yang jelas, bekerja dengan tim bisnis, produk, teknologi, dan operasi.

Posisi ini on-site di Jakarta Selatan, kontrak, dengan fokus pada perbankan/fintech, termasuk digital banking, core banking, pembayaran, dan layanan terkait.

Qualifications

• Bridge antara pemangku kepentingan bisnis dan tim teknologi untuk menerjemahkan kebutuhan menjadi persyaratan dan solusi teknologi yang jelas.
• Memahami proses perbankan, produk, layanan, dan fitur digital untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan peluang.
• Menganalisis dan mendokumentasikan kebutuhan bisnis, proses bisnis, perjalanan pengguna, spesifikasi fungsional, dan kebutuhan sistem.
• Bekerja sama dengan unit bisnis, product owners, tim teknologi, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya untuk merumuskan solusi yang sejalan dengan tujuan bisnis.
• Mengembangkan pemahaman mendalam tentang produk perbankan, fitur, proses, sistem, dan ketergantungannya antar channel.

Responsibilities

• Menganalisis dampak perubahan pada produk, sistem, channel, dan operasional.
• Mendukung pengiriman proyek end-to-end mulai dari gathering persyaratan hingga pasca-implementasi.
• Menjadi koordinator proyek untuk inisiatif yang ditugaskan dengan melacak timeline, milestones, deliverables, risiko, dan isu.

Job description

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business/Product Analyst, Project Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar business-technology role within the banking, financial services, fintech, or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, processes, and digital banking channels, with the ability to understand product features and their end-to-end business and system flows.
• Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of banking business processes and the ability to analyze the impact of changes across products, systems, channels, and operations.
• Experience working on banking or financial technology projects, including digital banking, core banking, payment, lending, cards, deposits, or other banking-related platforms.
• Experience managing or coordinating end-to-end projects or initiatives, including planning, requirement gathering, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business, product, technology, operations, and external parties.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business needs, assess impacts, and recommend practical solutions.
• Ability to understand system flows, API/integration concepts, data flows, and application dependencies at a functional level.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, SDLC, and project management practices.
• Proficiency in documentation and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple initiatives, and prioritize competing business requirements.
• Experience working with banking regulations, compliance requirements, or industry standards is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Product Management, Project Management, Agile, or Scrum are an advantage.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and technology solutions.
• Understand banking business processes, products, services, and digital banking features to identify business needs, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Analyze and document business requirements, business processes, user journeys, functional specifications, and system requirements.
• Work closely with business units, product owners, technology teams, and other stakeholders to define solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of banking products, features, processes, systems, and their interdependencies across channels and platforms.
• Conduct business and impact analysis for new products, features, system enhancements, process changes, and regulatory or business initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions effectively address business requirements and are feasible from a system and integration perspective.
• Support end-to-end project delivery, including requirement gathering, planning, development, SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation review.
• Act as a project coordinator/PM for assigned initiatives by tracking timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate discussions, workshops, and alignment sessions between business, product, technology, operations, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Identify business and operational risks, dependencies, and potential impacts, and coordinate appropriate mitigation actions.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize business processes, product capabilities, customer journeys, and system functionality.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of banking systems, products, features, business processes, and relevant industry practices to support business and technology decision-making.
• Prepare business analysis, project documentation, presentations, and management updates to support decision-making and stakeholder alignment.
