PT Accelist Lentera Indonesia is seeking a Business Analyst to gather and analyze business requirements, prepare technical docs, and assist in web/mobile application design and implementation. The role involves coordinating with project teams, supporting UAT, and improving UI/UX based on client needs.

The successful candidate will understand business flows, manage defects, and help ensure smooth regression testing and warranty readiness. WFO in Sunter, North Jakarta is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in web/mobile systems, MySQL/SQL Server; .NET and Azure are a plus.
• Good understanding of UI/UX and client requirements.
• Team player, quick learner, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to WFO in Sunter, North Jakarta.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and wireframes.
• Analyze and design web/mobile applications based on business needs.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Support UAT, user adoption, and UI/UX improvements.
• Understand business flows, known issues, and knowledge from project BA.
• Analyze reported bugs, clarify defects vs change requests, and explain expected behavior to developers.
• Track defect resolution from reporting to closure and elevate critical issues to the Project Manager.
• Analyze the impact of defects or changes on business processes, requirements, integrations, and other modules.
• Prepare regression testing scenarios to validate fixes and prevent issues in existing functionality.
• Evaluate warranty exit readiness based on defect trends, critical issue resolution, support team readiness, and escalation procedures.
