Job summary

PT Asuransi Ciputra Indonesia (Ciputra Life) seeks a capable IT Business Analyst to lead a team and oversee requirements management within a life insurance context. You will assess client processes, document BRDs, and coordinate with developers to translate business needs into system specs.

Applicants should have a BA background, 2–3 years in life insurance, and a solid grasp of IT SDLC, SQL, and API concepts. Strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 2–3 years of experience in life insurance.
• Experience in Insurance industry preferred.
• Background IT Business Analyst (BA) required.
• Understanding of API communications is advantageous.
• Good time management and project monitoring.
• Understanding of IT SDLC processes.
• Basic SQL and programming logic understanding.
• Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking.
• Good ownership and team spirit.
• Strong collaboration to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Requirements: Project, Change, and Service Requests.
• Assess client business processes.
• Analyze and document business requirements with developers for system specs.
• Identify improvements for existing systems or new initiatives.
• Program Quality Control tests to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Identify test scenarios and prepare the test plan.
• Prepare and document BRD, Testing Scenarios, and UAT with users.

• Having a background in Insurance industry is preferred.

Job Desc:

• Lead and manage a team to ensure smooth daily operation
