Qualifications

• Minimum experience as IT Business Analyst or similar role (3 years)
• Follow business analysis standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Translate business strategy and high-level objectives into clear, structured, and prioritized requirements
• Ensure requirements completeness, consistency, and traceability across end-to-end processes
• Having knowledge and experience on SAP System is mandatory
• Collaborate with IT architecture, IT delivery, business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment
• Support value realization tracking and readiness for go-live
