Job summary

Ciputra Group in Jakarta seeks a Business Analyst to understand goals and objectives, perform gap analysis, design solutions, and produce BRDs. You will create mock-ups if needed and ensure implementation aligns with strategic aims.

You will liaise between business problems and technology teams, manage risks, support SIT/UAT, and help deliver secure, scalable IT improvements across the company and its subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS with GPA ≥3.00.
• Minimum 4 years as a Business Analyst.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities related to understanding the goals and objectives of a request for the development of an information system application in the company and its subsidiaries, through the process of gap analysis, solution design with the production of a Business Requirement Document (BRD), creating mock-ups if necessary, and ensuring implementation aligns with the goals and objectives.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for providing accurate and effective solutions in line with goals and objectives.
2. Act as an intermediary between business problems and technology solutions.
3. Perform gap analysis by understanding business needs and creating technology solutions.
4. Collaborate with the Application Development team to deliver the right and comprehensive solutions.
5. Analyze and provide recommendations for improvements in business processes.
6. Create and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) plans and test cases.
7. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and implementation activities to ensure a smooth rollout.
8. Identify potential risks and proactively communicate them to stakeholders.
9. Highlight any potential concerns or risks and share best risk management practices proactively.
10. Work with all project team members.
11. Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and obtain sign-off, Business Case Documents, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) documents.

Qualifications:
