Job summary

PT Solutionlabs Group Indonesia is seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Indonesia. The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience and strong skills in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation such as BRD, HSD, and TSD.

Proficiency in data visualization and BPMN-style diagrams will be advantage. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define goals, translate needs into functional requirements, and develop detailed process models.

Job description

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements gathering.

Strong problem-solving and root-cause identification skills.

Good attitude, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Fast learner and self-starter, able to work independently and proactively.

Experienced in preparing BRD, HSD, and TSD or similar business/technical documentation.

Able to create business process flows, BPMN, swimlane diagrams, charts, tables, and data visualizations.

Familiar with task management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experience in the Mining industry/business is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate user business processes from proposed ideas and identify problems or improvement opportunities.

Engage with business stakeholders to understand their goals, needs, and business requirements.

Translate business needs into clear and structured business and functional requirements.

Develop and maintain BRD, HSD, TSD, business success criteria, and role definitions.

Develop business process flows, charts, tables, graphs, and other data visualization to support analysis and decision-making.

Coordinate with users and relevant teams during the implementation of business/process changes.

Collaborate with the Change Management Team to gather feedback and assess product adoption.

Evaluate and quantify the actual business benefits and adoption rate after implementation.

Conduct and facilitate meetings and discussions with clients/stakeholders.

Support other departments within Digital & Technology as required.
