Job summary

PT Sinar Aplikasi Jaya Laksana seeks an experienced ERP Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to drive end-to-end business processes and accurately assess accounting impacts across modules. You will lead cross-functional discussions, manage multi-company configurations, and own data migration planning and documentation to support Go/No-Go decisions and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as ERP Business Analyst / Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and accounting impacts.
• Experience with cross-module configuration and multi-company setups.
• Ability to lead discussions with managers and reach unified decisions.
• Experience in data migration planning and clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and determine Standard (Out-of-the-Box) vs. Custom solutions, including effort estimation and risk assessment.
• Lead alignment meetings with management stakeholders to resolve conflicting priorities and finalize business process decisions.
• Manage scope creep while maintaining alignment between project goals and business expectations.
• Execute end-to-end data migration strategy and produce clear, standalone functional documentation.
• Take full functional ownership of project deliverables and make responsible Go/No-Go deployment decisions.

4–6 years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and accounting impacts.

Proficient in cross-module system configuration, multi-company setups, and assessing system upgrade risks related to custom developments.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to lead discussions with conflicting managers and reach a unified decision.

Proven ability to challenge and reject inefficient custom requests with solid, process-driven reasoning.

Experience in developing end-to-end data migration plans and creating clear, self-explanatory technical/functional documentation.

High project ownership, with the authority and accountability to make final Go/No-Go decisions.
