Job summary

PT. Mandiri International Technology in Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with at least 3 years in banking to gather requirements, document BRD and FSD, and translate business needs into actionable project plans.

You will map end-to-end banking processes (Funding, Financing, Collection, Treasury, SKN, RTGS), create Visio diagrams, manage tasks in JIRA, and support SIT/UAT while ensuring data security and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field; banking knowledge preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in banking with BA/PM experience.
• Proven ability to document BRD and FSD.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of data security and governance policies.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Understand and document end-to-end banking process flows.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
• Create process flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
• Manage and track project tasks using JIRA.
• Support SIT and UAT activities to ensure system readiness.
• Prepare presentation decks for business and management meetings.
• Ensure compliance with data security rules and IT governance policies.
• Support project timeline monitoring using MS Project.
• Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any major (IT-related fields preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the banking industry.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Management role.
• Strong understanding of banking business processes, especially: Funding, Financing, Collection, Treasury, SKN, RTGS
• Proficient in: JIRA, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Understanding of data security roles and governance policies.
