Job summary

City Vision Indonesia is seeking an IT Business Analyst/QA Engineer in Jakarta Selatan to translate business requirements into functional specifications and coordinate with business users and the IT development team. You will prepare BRDs, process flows, and test plans to ensure quality before deployment.

Responsibilities include functional/regression testing, UAT, bug tracking, and maintaining thorough documentation. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as IT Business Analyst, QA Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software testing processes.
• Experience creating BRD, functional specs, test cases, and UAT documentation.
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or similar bug-tracking tools.
• Good communication and coordination with business users and technical teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
