Job summary

Ciputra Group is seeking a Business Analyst to drive information system development from needs through BRD to implementation. You will perform gap analysis, design solutions, and coordinate with the development team to ensure alignment with corporate goals.

The role requires 4+ years of BA experience, strong communication, and risk-management skills, with responsibilities spanning BRD creation, SIT/UAT support, and sign-off documentation for successful rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science with GPA minimum 3.00.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with BRD, SIT/UAT docs, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Understand goals of information system development and produce BRD; perform gap analysis.
• Act as liaison between business problems and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with Application Development to deliver solutions.
• Analyze and provide improvements for business processes.
• Create and execute SIT plans and test cases.
• Support UAT, training, and rollout activities.
• Identify risks and communicate to stakeholders.

Job description

Responsibilities related to understanding the goals and objectives of a request for the development of an information system application in the company and its subsidiaries, through the process of gap analysis, solution design with the production of a Business Requirement Document (BRD), creating mock-ups if necessary, and ensuring implementation aligns with the goals and objectives.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for providing accurate and effective solutions in line with goals and objectives.
2. Act as an intermediary between business problems and technology solutions.
3. Perform gap analysis by understanding business needs and creating technology solutions.
4. Collaborate with the Application Development team to deliver the right and comprehensive solutions.
5. Analyze and provide recommendations for improvements in business processes.
6. Create and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) plans and test cases.
7. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and implementation activities to ensure a smooth rollout.
8. Identify potential risks and proactively communicate them to stakeholders.
9. Highlight any potential concerns or risks and share best risk management practices proactively.
10. Work with all project team members.
11. Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and obtain sign-off, Business Case Documents, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) documents.

Qualifications:
