Zusammenfassung

PT Lawencon Internasional is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to collect detailed user requirements, analyze them, and propose practical solutions within banking/insurance projects. You will define specifications, coordinate with programmers, and help produce functional specs and UAT plans, while supporting training and deployment preparations for end users.

The role requires strong English writing, SDLC knowledge, and experience in risk management or data management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in Software Documentation (BRD, FSD, UAT Scenarios) as Business Analyst.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and analytical skills.
• Experience in Banking/Insurance Industry.
• Risk management certification or equivalent knowledge.
• Background in risk management or data management.
• Excellent communication and English writing skills.

• Define application problem conferring with clients; evaluation procedures, and processes. Provide necessary troubleshooting and production supports when a breakdown occurs, and to immediately remedy the system when flaws are encountered

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent


• Having experiences 3 years in Software Documentation (BRD, FSD, UAT Scenarios) as Business Analyst is required


• Required skill(s): SDLC, Analytical


• Have experience in Banking/Insurance Industry


• Have experience with RDBMS such as SQL Server, Postgresql, mysql


• Have a risk management certification with the level of applicable regulations


• Have background knowledge about risk management or data management


• Good Communication and Attractive Personality


• Good English proficiency, especially in writing
