Job summary

ASRI, a visionary property developer, is seeking an IT Assistant Manager to plan, manage, and monitor the organization's IT infrastructure, network, servers, cloud environment, and daily IT operations to ensure reliable and secure business operations.

You will lead a team, oversee budgeting (CAPEX & OPEX), vendor coordination, and collaborate with property management and engineering to deliver technology solutions for commercial buildings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• At least 5 years in IT operations or a leadership role managing IT infrastructure.
• Experience with IT budgeting, CAPEX/OPEX planning, and cost control.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud, cybersecurity, backup and DR, and IT service management.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in property/building management industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor IT infrastructure and daily operations to ensure reliable business operations.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and optimization of servers, networks, storage, CCTV, access control, and Wi-Fi.
• Ensure security and availability through cybersecurity, backup, DR, and preventive maintenance.
• Lead IT infrastructure projects, hardware/software implementations, and vendor coordination.
• Manage IT budget (CAPEX & OPEX) and optimize costs.
• Lead and develop IT Infrastructure team, ensure incident resolution and SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide reliable technology solutions for buildings.
