Job summary

ASRI is seeking a seasoned Leasing Manager/Supervisor to lead retail and commercial property leasing initiatives across its Jakarta portfolio. You will identify, negotiate, and secure tenants while shaping occupancy targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing, 5–8 years of leasing experience, and strong negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, and project teams. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesian and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (must-have).
• Minimum 5 years (Supervisor) / 8 years (Manager) of experience in retail or commercial property leasing.
• Proven track record in identifying, negotiating, and securing tenants.
• Strong understanding of retail trends, tenant mix strategy, and leasing processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with both local and international tenants.
• Capable of developing and executing leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Able to work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and project teams.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and result-driven.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
