Job summary

PT. DATA JARINGAN MANDIRI is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer Staff to install, configure, monitor, and maintain network, CCTV, door access, and related devices at Bekasi work locations and project sites.

The role ensures stable and secure IT infrastructure to support operations. The candidate will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, document configurations, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors while traveling to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in IT infrastructure or related field.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking, LAN, VLAN, Switch, Router, CCTV, NVR/DVR, Door Access, and IT device troubleshooting.
• Ability to install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure devices (network, CCTV, access control).
• Able to read topology and technical documentation.
• Willing to work in the field and travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Execute installation and configuration of IT Infrastructure devices.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of device and network faults.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and ensure devices function to standard.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Check cables, connections, power, and supporting devices.
• Create documentation of configurations, work results, and field work reports.
• Support project execution, deployment, upgrade, and IT Infrastructure migration.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and related parties.
• Ensure work complies with SOP, technical standards, and occupational safety requirements.

The IT Infrastructure Engineer Staff role involves executing installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT Infrastructure including Network, Switch, Access Point, CCTV, Door Access, and supporting devices at work locations and project sites. The position ensures all IT infrastructure at the location functions optimally, remains stable and secure, and supports smooth company operations.

Key responsibilities

Execute installation and configuration of IT Infrastructure devices

Perform troubleshooting and repair of device and network faults

Conduct testing, commissioning, and ensure devices function to standard

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance

Check cables, connections, power, and supporting devices

Create documentation of configurations, work results, and field work reports

About you

Minimum D3/S1 qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field

Minimum 1–2 years experience in IT Infrastructure, Network, CCTV, Door Access, or technical field work

Understanding of basic TCP/IP networking, LAN, VLAN, Switch, Router, Access Point, CCTV, NVR/DVR, Door Access, and IT device troubleshooting

Able to perform installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Network, Switch, Access Point, CCTV, Door Access, and other IT Infrastructure devices

Able to read topology and technical documentation

Willing to work in the field and travel to project locations

Able to work independently and within a team

Good communication and troubleshooting abilities

Possession of a driver's license is an added value
