Job summary

The Operations team at Shopee Jakarta covers end-to-end processes from buyer search to receipt, including asset management. A Entry Level IT Asset Inventory role monitors stock, reconciles records, and reports on asset utilization to ensure availability across sites.

You will collaborate with IT, Operations, Procurement and vendors, analyze data for improvements, and support automation initiatives while being willing to travel to sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data handling with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage IT asset inventory across sites to ensure accurate stock records.
• Reconcile stock, validate asset movements, and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain IT asset reports and dashboards to monitor stock levels and utilization.
• Coordinate with IT, Operations, Procurement and vendors to support asset fulfillment and replenishment.
• Analyze inventory data to provide recommendations for asset availability and process improvements.
