Samudera Indonesia is hiring a Service Crew to greet customers, take orders, deliver drinks and food, and maintain a clean dining area in Bali. Proficiency with POS and EDC devices is required, plus strong communication and teamwork.

You’ll work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and contribute to customer satisfaction while following safety and service standards and assisting in general restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• 1 year experience as service crew, waiter/waitress, or restaurant cashier preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and EDC devices.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers, record orders, and deliver drinks and food promptly.
• Clean tables and maintain the restaurant area.
• Explain the menu, provide recommendations, and record customer orders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by requesting feedback and offering help.
• Handle payments and provide receipts.
• Implement and monitor the Integrated Management System; identify and document risks.
• Engage in information security measures to protect company data.
• Participate in accident investigations when needed.

Main Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department’s work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Crew, Waiter/Waitress, or Restaurant Cashier is preferred.
3. Proficient in operating POS systems and EDC payment machines.
4. Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
5. Honest, detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.
6. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
7. Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
