Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is hiring a Service Crew/Waiter/Waitress/Restaurant Cashier to join our team at Bali locations. You will greet customers, take and record orders, deliver meals and beverages, explain menu items, and collect payments with receipts.

Maintain a clean dining area and assist with tidying duties. We require a minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent, at least 1 year in a service role, proficiency with POS and EDC devices, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience as service crew, waiter/waitress, or restaurant cashier.
• Proficient in operating POS systems and EDC payment machines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team; willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications
