ISTARASA Restaurant is seeking a friendly and proactive Services Staff member to greet customers, take orders, and deliver orders with accuracy. You will also assist in maintaining a clean dining area and guiding guests through the menu, while recording orders for kitchen and POS processing.

The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to work shifts including weekends, and competence in operating POS and EDC devices.

Formación

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of service crew, waiter/waitress, or cashier experience preferred.
• Proficient in POS systems and EDC payment machines.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, detail-oriented, disciplined and responsible.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
