Job summary

Samudera Indonesia invites energetic service crew to join its team in Bali. You will greet customers, take orders, deliver food and drinks, and help maintain a pleasant dining area while ensuring accurate payments and receipts.

With a strong emphasis on teamwork, honesty, and customer satisfaction, the role also supports safety and quality practices across the operation. Shifts include weekends and public holidays, and prior POS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience as service crew, waiter/waitress, or restaurant cashier preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and payment devices.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, detail‑oriented, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• 1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
• 2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
• 3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
• 4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• 1. Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• 2. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Crew, Waiter/Waitress, or Restaurant Cashier is preferred.
• 3. Proficient in operating POS systems and EDC payment machines.
• 4. Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• 5. Honest, detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.
• 6. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• 7. Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
