Job summary

Royal Lestari Utama is seeking an Industrial Relations & General Affairs professional to maintain harmonious relations with workers and the union in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. You will ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and manage facilities, vehicles, security, and permits.

The role requires min. 4-5 years in HR IR/GA, with unions/negotiation experience, and IR Mediator/Conciliator certification as a plus.

Qualifications

• Min. 4-5 years experience, incl. min. 2 years in HR Industrial Relations and/or General Affairs.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and Industrial Relations.
• Experience in union management, CLA/PKB negotiation, and dispute resolution.
• Industrial Relations Mediator/Conciliator certification is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Rubber Factory located in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur.

Responsibilities

• Manage the bipartite forum, union communication, and CLA/PP drafting/renewal.
• Handle grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions per regulations.
• Ensure compliance with prevailing labor regulations.
• Manage facilities, assets, vehicles, security, permits, vendors, and foreign-worker/visitor legality.
