Job summary

Samora Group in Bekasi is seeking a seasoned Industrial Relations Specialist with a law degree to reinforce HR compliance, labor relations, and dispute resolution.

You will guide line managers, represent the company in bipartite and tripartite forums including PHI, monitor labour law changes, and drive CSR and employee engagement programs. Proficiency in MS Office and data-driven decision making is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Relations and Employee Relations.
• Knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and industrial relations practices.
• Experience handling more than one labor union.
• Experience representing the company in Industrial Relations Court (PHI) proceedings.
• Capable of managing bipartite and tripartite industrial relations activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level.
• Excellent communication, strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Hold professional certifications such as Certified HR Supervisor, HR Business Partner (HRBP), Industrial Relations (IR).

Responsibilities

• Guide line managers on HR matters, ensuring labour law compliance.
• Represent the company in bipartite, tripartite processes and PHI hearings.
• Monitor changes in employment legislation and collective bargaining agreements.
• Plan, implement, monitor CSR and employee engagement programs.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and improvements.
• Develop HR policies fostering a positive, inclusive culture.
