Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Relations and Employee Relations
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, employment regulations, and industrial relations practices.
• Experience handling more than one labor union
• Experience representing the company in Industrial Relations Court (PHI) proceedings
• Capable of managing bipartite and tripartite industrial relations activities.
• Excellent communication, strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Hold professional certifications such as Certified HR Supervisor, HR Business Partner (HRBP), Industrial Relations (IR) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to line managers on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Represent the company in bipartite, tripartite, mediation, conciliation, and PHI proceedings.
• Monitor changes in employment legislation and collective bargaining agreements, ensuring compliance.
• Plan, implement, facilitate, monitor and evaluate CSR programs, internal programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and improve outcomes, making data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and initiatives fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, employment regulations, and industrial relations practices.

Capable of managing bipartite and tripartite industrial relations activities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at an Intermediate level.
