Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Legal/IR Associate to manage industrial relations documents, mandatory reporting (WLTK/WLF), and company regulations. Fresh graduates welcome; up to 2 years' experience in IR, HR, or Legal is acceptable.

You will collaborate with Legal, HR, and management to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, prepare regular IR reports, and support cross-functional teams in policy development and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law with basic understanding of Indonesian Labor Law.
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years in IR, HR, Legal, or related fields.
• Good understanding of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and meticulous in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare IR documents (e.g., warning letters, PKWT/PKWTT, SOPs, employment certificates).
• Register and report Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerajaan (WLTK) for entities; monitor validity and updates.
• Handle Wajib Lapor Fasilitas (WLF); document verification and data preparation.
• Support development and socialization of Company Regulations (PP) with Legal and online submission.
• Assist HR policies and Code of Conduct development and reviews for regulatory alignment.
• Monitor employment compliance and identify gaps in labor regulations and HR practices.
• Maintain IR documentation (softcopy and hardcopy) with organized filing.
• Support IR cases, including bipartite negotiations, mediation, and PHI proceedings.
• Collaborate with People Partners, Legal, Audit, Business teams on IR compliance matters.
• Prepare regular IR/HR compliance reports for management.
